Installer was late to work(I went to them) Office lady was nice. Installer was borderline rude. Installer must not know what he's doing, he messed up my wipers using pliers on them leaving very sharp grooves on them. He also left the pliers on top of my top post battery......luckily they were found shortly afterwards before they could short out the battery and cause major damage. I've used the company before and would recommend them.....just not the guy who did my replacement

I had a rock chip repair done here. The technician did the repair, but my experience with the front desk representative was disappointing. I politely asked whether there was any warranty on the specific rock chip repair area in case the repair failed or the crack spread due to an issue with the repair. Instead of explaining the policy in a professional and friendly manner, she came across as rude and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. As a customer, I believe it’s reasonable to ask about warranty coverage for a repair. I was not asking for a warranty on the entire windshield, only on the area that was repaired. A more courteous and helpful response would have made the experience much better. The repair itself was completed, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

No appointment, drove up they quoted me a decent price all in. They went and got the glass, installed it in less than an hour and a half. Great staff. Already have recommended them to neighbor who also had cracked windshield from limbs falling from same tree.

I scheduled an appointment with Auto Glass Now in Gainesville, Georgia days in advance, arrived 10 minutes early, and found the doors locked even though they had supposedly been open for hours. Five minutes after my scheduled appointment time, someone finally came outside only to tell me they didn’t even have the resin needed to repair my windshield. Instead of honoring my appointment, I was told to come back later that afternoon, despite me explaining that I work evenings and needed to rest. Then the excuses and runaround started. My original online quote was $129. I was told if I drove all the way to the Lilburn location during Atlanta rush-hour traffic, they would “discount” the repair to $100. While I was already on the way, they called again and said the technician there wasn’t available. Then they redirected me another 20 minutes farther into traffic to the Tucker location and claimed they would do it for $89. Here’s the part that really exposed this company. While waiting, I watched three different customers walk in for estimates on luxury vehicles and every single one of them was quoted $79 for the exact same windshield chip repair I received. When I questioned the techni

While Auto Glass Now was very reasonable on price and got me in quickly, I did not appreciate the small shards of glass left in my car from my appointment with Michael. I appreciate the quick work, but did not appreciate the small cut on my hand when I reached down for my coffee in the center console then noticed the glass after I was cut. I understand things happen and overall the experience was good. But something to look out for in the future.
